Here at The Vinted Bros we pride ourselves on providing the best quality items at a fraction of the price. We work directly with factories to uphold quality, while providing the cheapest and most efficient shipping possible. All our products arrive with original packaging and are sent securely in discreet packaging.
Customer care is a priority, so don't hesitate to reach out to us on our socials or via email. If you need a specific product let us know, we will more than likely be able to source it for you. Note that items will arrive in 7–14 days from purchase, as we ship directly from our factory. Instructions on how to track your package will be available at every step of the way. Many customers think that ordering directly from China provides better results. Here's why we're the better option:
- No hidden fees or currency tricks. Chinese agents require payment in local currency — incurring transaction fees and poor conversion rates that add 15–25% to the item cost. With us, you see a price in GBP and pay exactly that.
- We don't overcharge on shipping. Chinese agents charge separately for shipping after receiving the item — sometimes as high as £10/kg, meaning £20+ just to ship a single pair of shoes. We negotiated directly with shipping companies in Fujian and take zero profit on shipping, which is why we offer free shipping on orders over £100.
- Full security and peace of mind. If something goes wrong with a Chinese supplier, recovering funds from a Chinese bank is nearly impossible. With us, if your order doesn't arrive as expected, we guarantee a free replacement or full refund — no matter what.
We are the first UK supplier to build a direct supply chain in China — meaning you get the same items Chinese suppliers offer, without unnecessary fees, language barriers, or insecure transactions.
Yes! All our items come with the correct packaging and box that the original should come with. Most items also include the receipts and papers that the original product comes with.
We have processed over 7,000 orders in the past year without a single seized parcel. We've had only a handful of lost parcels — all due to customers entering an invalid shipping address.
Rest assured: if your parcel does not reach you for any reason, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. If you don't receive what you ordered, you will be compensated. No matter what. Simple.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. UK delivery takes 7–14 days from purchase. International orders typically arrive in 8–16 days — contact us with your country for a more accurate estimate.
All orders are shipped discreetly in safe packaging. We provide full tracking at every step. For UK orders, Royal Mail tracking updates 2 days before delivery — before that, use the tracking link sent in your dispatch confirmation email.
We offer Apple Pay, debit card, and PayPal. We also support Klarna — if you have a Klarna account, simply add your Klarna debit card to Apple Pay and use it at checkout.
As we ship directly from China, we only accept returns if there is an issue with your delivery — for example, if the wrong item was sent to you. In that case, please contact us and we'll sort it straight away.
